On May 9th and 10th, a meeting was held in the city of Kielce, Poland, for the project “Alternative Approaches in Working with Youth with Challenging Behavior,” funded under the Erasmus+ program.
Project partners: NARU (Bulgaria), KRIK and Monikom (Serbia), CYN (Denmark), CYB (Italy), and RCW (Poland) discussed the implementation of the project so far and how the work will continue going forward.
The partners highly appreciated the communication between them and the project management approach. They also paid special attention to discussing the results of testing and finalizing the first product of the project – a digital tool for working with personal stories. This tool will be used by youth workers when working with youth showing challenging behavior, allowing young people to reflect on the causes of their undesired behavior and think about how they can change their personal story.
The tool, along with instructions for its use, will soon be available in several languages, including Bulgarian, and will be freely accessible to anyone interested.
