December 3 is observed as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

According to the United Nations, more than one billion people, or about 15% of the global population, live with some form of disability. In Bulgaria, over 25,000 children have special educational needs, and it is our shared responsibility to continually create new opportunities for their support.

All Regional Centers for Support of the Inclusive Education Process in Bulgaria now have a unified website: www.rcpppo.bg, which provides an easy way to submit reports related to the education and support of children and students with special educational needs across the country.
