Today, we had the pleasure of taking part in an Education Expo organized by the Center for Creative Training, where we presented the work of NARU and a variety of educational initiatives at our own exhibition stand as part of the event’s exhibition area.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about NARU’s activities, our various projects, developments and practical solutions aimed at promoting modern education, innovation and the integration of technology into the learning process.
Among the initiatives we presented was AIM – Autism in Motion, through which we highlighted the potential of technology to support communication and participation among children with autism.
One of the highlights that attracted particular interest was our demonstration of Makey Makey – a technology that transforms everyday objects into interactive buttons capable of triggering sounds, words, music or computer actions. This creates new opportunities for children with speech and communication difficulties to express their needs and preferences, make choices and participate more actively in a variety of educational and play-based activities.
As part of our presentation, we also shared informational materials for parents, along with ideas and opportunities for implementing innovative approaches that address children’s individual needs.
Our participation in the Expo was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with members of the educational community, organizations and visitors, while showcasing the wide range of initiatives and solutions we are working on.
We believe that education moves forward through the sharing of good practices, bold ideas and technologies that put people and their individual needs at the heart of everything we do.
