Objectives:
• To support the social inclusion of young people with challenging behavior; to enhance their self-esteem, resilience, and stress management skills;
• To improve the capacity of youth workers and educators working with young people with challenging behavior by increasing their awareness of the causes, manifestations, and possible interventions in cases of challenging behavior;
• To create a toolkit for storytelling, introduction to, and practice of relaxation techniques for body and mind.
Activities:
• Direct involvement of the target group to identify the approach they need;
• Involvement of youth workers to assess the effectiveness of the support offered;
• Collection and sharing of best practices from organizations working with young people with challenging behavior;
• Creation of a toolkit for storytelling and techniques to improve physical and mental well-being;
• Development of training methodology and curricula (for youth workers), piloting, and validation.
