The Smart Teachers Play More 2023 project (2023-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000117854) under the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1 “Learning Mobility of Individuals” – short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education, provided the opportunity for 10 members of the Association (resource teachers and other educational specialists) to enhance their teaching capacity through innovative pedagogical methodologies and ideas with a European perspective.

The course program included physical and interactive games, multi-module techniques for teaching key skills and language training; movement-based activities in the classroom, and various methods for achieving academic, personal, and social goals. A number of useful practices were presented that can be used and applied in schools and kindergartens.

The Icelandic educational system was also introduced within a visit to Dalskoli (dalskoli.is), one of the newest schools in Reykjavik, offering education from kindergarten to secondary school graduation. The hosts also prepared a rich cultural program.

The participants will share their perspectives on applying the demonstrated practices in their work as resource teachers and specialists with their colleagues in future activities and events organized by NARU (National Association of Resource Teachers).
