Four representatives of NARU (Lora Naydenova, Svetla Paunova, Simona Peneva, and Elizabet Valcheva) participated in the training ‘Stand up against Extremism,’ held in Oščadnica, Slovakia, from July 1 to 7, 2021. Participants in the training came from Poland, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan.

The project strengthens the role of organizations in violence prevention and promotes intercultural dialogue among young people with the aim of countering extremism and radicalization. During a special intercultural evening, traditional Bulgarian food and customs were presented. This training course is part of an Erasmus+ project organized by SYTEV (Slovakia) and the Green Elephant Foundation (Poland), focusing on empowering youth and organizations to prevent extremism through intercultural exchange and dialogue.
